DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL yt-dlp


WORKHORSE4 INSTALL

downloaded yt-dlp.exe in CRIME-WATCH-xxx\support folder

To install 
python3 -m pip install -U yt-dlp

To update, run:
python3 -m pip install -U yt-dlp


add to the following to PATH system environment variable

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Packages\PythonSoftwareFoundation.Python.3.10_qbz5n2kfra8p0\LocalCache\local-packages\Python310\Scripts
