ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A man was charged after being injured in a shooting Friday, Atlanta police said.

Police said Brandon Harper, 38, shot at another man on the 800 block of Oak Street NW around 11:20 a.m. Harper missed and the other man shot back, hitting Harper multiple times.

Harper was hospitalized and charged. The other man will not face charges.
