ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - The last of three teenage suspects charged in a drive-by shooting that injured a 6-year-old child at a Rome park in April has been arrested, police said Tuesday.

Isaiah Imari Curtis North, 18, of Rome, was arrested in Clayton County and taken to the Floyd County Jail, according to the Rome Police Department.

North is charged with:

Aggravated Assault

Aggravated Battery

Drive-By Shooting

Criminal Street Gang Activity

Violation of the Georgia Criminal Street Gang Act

North is accused of firing multiple shots at those believed to be rival gang members at the intersection of East 13th Street and Crane Street in Rome, which is near Banty Jones Park, on April 8.

 In the exchange of gunfire,  a 6-year-old bystander was hit in the leg, police said.

Investigators soon identified three suspects in the shooting: North, 17-year-old Tydarius Arthur McClure and a juvenile, whose named was not released at the time because of his age.

On Tuesday, Rome police identified the juvenile as 16-year-old Qordarius McClure, who was killed in an unrelated shooting in Atlanta on the Fourth of July.

Tydarius and Qordarius McClure were arrested soon after the shooting on aggravated assault charges.

The investigation into the shooting is ongoing. Rome police ask anyone with information to call the department's Criminal Investigations Division at (706) 238-5111.
