What was Colt Gray charged with? In total, Colt was charged with 55 counts related to the deadly attack at Apalachee High School. Recently, he changed his plea to guilty in a non-negotiated plea. Colin was charged with two counts of second degree murder, two counts of involuntary manslaughter, five counts of reckless conduct and 18 counts of second degree cruelty to children. He was convicted on all counts in March. What was Colt Gray sentenced to? Colt was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. That is the maximum sentencing that he was facing. When will Colt Gray be sentenced? Colin will be sentenced on Thursday, July 30. He is facing a maximum of 180 years in prison.





On Tuesday, prosecutors played jail calls between Colt Gray and his mother, and the transcripts revealed how Colt Gray asked Marcee Gray to post photos of him online after the shooting. He then asked his mother to read him all of the comments and  likes.
