ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A second person has been arrested in connection with a shooting that left one dead and two wounded at a Buford apartment complex.

Officers responded to the Ellison Apartments, located at 1400 Laurel Crossing Parkway, on Sept. 5, where they found one man dead and two other men suffering from gunshot wounds after an armed robbery.

The injured men were taken to a hospital.

Police identified the deceased as 23-year-old Marvin Wiley of Atlanta. Investigators said that Wiley was one of the suspects involved in the armed robbery.

Brinson Bernard Crumbley, 23, was arrested Oct. 5 in connection with the case. He has been charged with felony murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of certain felonies.

E'imod Sanchez Toboris Taylor had previously been arrested and charged with felony murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of certain felonies.
