The DA's office said Williams entered an Alford plea to the attempted murder charges. An Alford plea is a type of guilty plea in which the defendant maintains their innocence, but acknowledges the prosecution has enough evidence that the case would likely result in a conviction.

Williams admitted guilt to the other 13 charges.

The judge sentenced him to 135 years in prison, followed by 35 years of probation.
