ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First/WSMV) - A Tennessee girl who went missing Wednesday was found safe in Cartersville, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI).

The TBI said Wednesday 1-year-old Lilly Hill was last seen in Winchester, Tennessee, and is believed to be with her noncustodial mother, Kasey Hill.

An AMBER Alert was issued for Lilly.

Lilly was found safe, and Kasey Hill was arrested in Cartersville on Thursday during a traffic stop after a license plate reader alerted Georgia police.

Kasey Hill is wanted on warrants for aggravated kidnapping, child endangerment and felony evading in Franklin County, the TBI said.
