hey come to certain organizations about the dangers of sexual assault,  said Ephraim Lee, Chicago's Community Commission for Public Safety and Accountability Chair for the 2nd District Council.

The 2nd District Council includes Hyde Park. He and his members will join university police for a quarterly public safety meeting. He knows the recent allegations will be a topic of discussion among students and the public.

 They don't want empty words, they don't want empty promises, they want action, they want to see the university take action and I'm 100% for that,  he said.  If that's what they need to do - they do it.
