The outbound exit from the Dan Ryan Expressway to 18th Street near Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood was closed by law enforcement Monday evening amid a heavy police presence in the area.

Video from NBC Chicago's Sky 5 helicopter showed multiple Chicago police and other law enforcement vehicles near 18th Street and Union Avenue around 6 p.m. Officers and a black sedan could be seen inside an area cordoned off with crime scene tape.
