(WMC) - Three people are facing charges after multiple drugs, weapons and a ledger advertising Murder 4 Hire were discovered inside a Memphis home. Memphis police arrested Dashawn Ward, 18, Marcus Parker, 20, and Cashauna Jones, 19. The arrests were made after a warrant pickup-turned-search at a home on Wildwind Cove in Memphis' Autumn Ridge neighborhood. Police initially responded to the address Saturday afternoon to arrest Ward, who had an outstanding felony warrant for allegedly stealing a car. At least eight other people were home when officers arrived. They were detained while detectives swept the home for the fugitive they came for. During their search of the home, investigators reportedly found marijuana, promethazine bottles, digital scales, four loaded rifles, and key fob programmers. Police say one of the rifles was equipped with an illegal automatic conversion switch. A ledger titled Murder 4 Hire was also found in a bedroom. Police say Ward was discovered hiding in a closet under a pile of clothes and detained without incident. The arrest affidavit says no one in the house claimed ownership of the items detectives found, but court records show Jones and Parker were charged alongside Ward in connection with drugs and weapons seized. Dashawn Ward, 18, Marcus Parker, 20, and Ca'Shauna Jones, 19 (Shelby County Sheriff's Office) All three suspects are charged with possession of a prohibited weapon, two counts of unlawful weapon possession, possession of a legend drug without a prescription, marijuana possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ward remains behind bars on an $18,500 cumulative bond. Parker and Jones have since been freed on $3,500 bonds. Click here to sign up for our newsletter!
