A man believed to have died from a dog attack was later determined to be the victim of homicide. According to an update from the Dallas Police Department on Thursday, autopsy reports show that Antonio Dominic Turner died from injuries consistent with homicide and not a dog attack. Watch NBC 5 free wherever you are WATCH HERE WATCH HERE Back in January, the preliminary investigation determined he had been attacked by a dog inside a home on the 4100 block of Pringle Drive. Turner later died from his injuries at a local hospital. Dallas Police are now asking for help identifying two men who were seen on surveillance cameras near where Turner died.
