One victim, identified as Christopher Scott Pitre, 21, of Waxahachie, was pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim, a 15-year-old boy, was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. Investigators said he later died from his injuries. Authorities are withholding the juvenile's identity. Deputies also found the victims' mother, Colleen Nichole Lemmon, 42, with non-life-threatening injuries. According to the sheriff's office, investigators developed probable cause during the investigation and through evidence recovered at the scene that indicated Lemmon was responsible for shooting both victims. Lemmon was taken into custody and transported to a local hospital for treatment. After being released from the hospital, she was booked into the Wayne McCollum Detention Center in Waxahachie. She has been charged with two counts of capital murder. Bond had not yet been set pending arraignment. Authorities said the victims' father has been notified of both deaths. The teen boy's identity is being withheld as the investigation continues. My deepest sympathies go out to the victims' father, family members, and loved ones involved in this tragic incident, Ellis County Sheriff Brad Norman said in a statement. They will remain in our prayers during this difficult time. #nbcdfw #crimewatchdallas
