A Dallas woman charged with killing a Southern Methodist University student in a crash on a Central Expressway feeder road had nearly four times the legal limit of alcohol in her blood after the crash, according to a toxicology expert. Testing on Lynlee Pollis hours after the crash showed she had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.294%, toxicology chemist Brittany Welch testified Thursday at Pollis' trial in Dallas County state district court. The legal limit for driving in Texas is 0.08%.
