 I'm 6'4 , 240 pounds, and I'm a nice-looking man, but I'm dark skin,  Leasy said in an interview with NBC News in April.  And there's never been a confusion between a Caucasian and myself. 

Benjamin Taylor, a lawyer for Leasy, said Friday that Leasy and his daughter have sought therapy because of the incident.

 This has traumatized Mr. Leasy and his daughter for the rest of their lives,  Taylor said in a statement.
