DETROIT - An Illinois man is facing charges after he allegedly sexually assaulted a minor at Comerica Park on Friday. Samson Glen, 61, was charged with three counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, which are misdemeanors. According to Detroit police, the alleged assault happened after the Tigers game while the fireworks were going off on Aug. 28. The victim reported feeling something rubbing against her buttock and used her hand to move it away. When she felt that same thing touch her again, she moved it away. After a third time, she noticed Glen was allegedly behind her. She moved to get away from him and saw Glen move in front of her and take a photo of himself, but she saw she was in the frame as well. Glen was arrested and arraigned in court on Monday, Aug. 31. During Glen's arraignment, the judge said surveillance video shows him taking photos of her, and the victim's brother witnessed it. He was given a $100,000 personal bond. He is expected to return to court via Zoom on Sept. 8 for a probable cause conference. #clickondetroit #CrimeInTheD ®
