WAYNE COUNTY, Mich. - Plymouth-Canton Educational Park announced it will dismiss students early on Wednesday because of the heat.

The campus, home to three of Plymouth-Canton Community Schools' four high schools, announced that students will be dismissed for the day at 10:25 a.m. on Sept. 2 due to the extreme heat.

 The safety of our students remains our highest priority,  the school district said in a statement on Wednesday.
