GALVESTON, Texas - Investigators have arrested a woman in Galveston after receiving a cyber-tip that she had solicited the sale of a 12-year-old child for sex.

Liss Milton, 43, is charged with possession of visual material depicting sexual assault of a child. Her bond is set at $150,000.


The Galveston County Sheriff's Office says the investigation began after authorities received a cyber-tip from the National Center for Missing   Exploited Children.

Information indicated Milton was allegedly soliciting the sale of a 12-year-old child for sex and had also shared a video depicting a child engaged in sexual activity.

On Oct. 9, investigators executed a search warrant in the 5200 block of Avenue R ½ in Galveston. Multiple electronic devices were seized for forensic examination and Milton was arrested.
