Rosen called Kufta  incredibly bold  and credited the girl's parents for their attentiveness.

 Open relationships ensure that if children are exploited or suffering any kind of online crisis, they know they can turn to their parents for help,  Rosen said.

Kufta is scheduled to appear in front of a district court judge on Monday.
