MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A pedestrian has been critically injured following a hit-and-run off E.H. Crump Boulevard, according to the Memphis Police Department.

Memphis Police officers responded to a pedestrian struck call shortly after 7 p.m. on Sunday at E.H. Crump Boulevard and S. Camilla Street.

A man was located in critical condition and rushed to the hospital.

MPD said that the vehicle responsible left the scene, and there is no vehicle description available at this time.

Police are actively investigating this crash.
