MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - The Memphis Police Department has arrested a second suspect in connection with a May shooting outside a strip club that started as a fight. Just before 4 a.m. on May 17, officers responded to a shooting at the Gold Club on White Station Road. The manager told officers he and other employees were escorting a group of customers out of the lobby when they turned violent. According to the affidavit, two men from the group retrieved handguns from a black sedan, returned to the front of the club and opened fire. The shooters then fled in separate vehicles - one in a black sedan and the other in a white sedan. The suspects were identified as Ladarrius Bland, who was arrested earlier this year, and Deangelo Bland. Bland was booked into jail Oct. 3 and is now charged with employment of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, attempted first-degree murder, discharging a firearm into an occupied building and reckless endangerment.
