a hard-headed recidivist drug dealer who was brazenly distributing deadly fentanyl into our rural communities while on supervised release for the same conduct. He clearly did not learn his lesson from his prior 12 ½-year prison sentence, so he will now be removed from West Tennessee until he is 77 years old,  said U.S. Attorney D. Michael Dunavant.
