Duque is accused of depositing a total of $459,953 between Sept. 26, 2022 and March 24, 2023. A federal arrest warrant was issued for him on Oct. 22, 2025 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in Miami after he was charged with conspiracy to commit money laundering. Nine people have been indicted in connection with the investigation, officials said. Of the eight individuals arrested, six have been convicted, according to the FBI. Duque is the only remaining fugitive in the case, and the FBI is offering up to $10,000 for information leading to his arrest. He is believed to be in Colombia and has ties to Pereira, Bogotá, and Belén, Colombia, as well as San Antonio, Texas. The FBI urges anyone with information about Duque's whereabouts to contact their local FBI office, the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate, or submit a tip online at tips.fbi.gov. #nbcmiami #crimewatchmiami
