But Don Millis, the Republican chair of the bipartisan Wisconsin Elections Commission, is urging Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul to intervene and destroy Milwaukee's 2020 absentee ballots.

 Best case scenario would be tomorrow,  Millis said recently on  UPFRONT.   But I just don't think that's going to happen. I think it's going to probably be weeks or months before that happens. 

The attorney general's office has so far declined to comment.
