Bystanders and officers pulled him from the flames. A man in a wheelchair was set on fire outside the Oklahoma City Police Department headquarters by a random man before bystanders jumped in to help. Video footage shows Alexander Emery throwing a lit Molotov cocktail at the man in the wheelchair and then pushing him into the fire. The incident happened on July 2 near West Main Street and North Lee Avenue in downtown Oklahoma City. Nearby officers and a bystander quickly intervened, pulling the victim from the flames. The victim is expected to recover, according to authorities. Emery was arrested on the spot, and police said he admitted to picking the man at random.
