8, a Lime representative wrote, in part,  Noncompliant sidewalk riders are warned or banned, not fined. It is our continued goal to keep sidewalks accessible for all Milwaukeeans. 

The statement went on to say,  We are working with DPW to take a multifaceted approach to mitigate sidewalk riding and improve parking, including tracking infractions for sidewalk riding and parking violations.
