Miss Jones manages bipolar disorder and was experiencing an acute manic episode caused by delayed home prescription delivery. So, she was off her meds during the time,  said her defense attorney Michael Cerniglia in court.

It is unclear when Jones could be extradited to Milwaukee, but police are referring new charges to the Waukesha County District Attorney's Office for review.
