Commit no further criminal acts

Avoid contacting the victim

Submit to CJS for supervision for the next 12 months

Complete a course for battery

Pay restitution to the victim

Prosecutors relied on video from Jacobs' residence, saying in the criminal complaint it corroborates  ...the relevant portions...  of the victim's statement.

Jacobs is accused of throwing his girlfriend to the ground and damaging her phone on May 23 in an incident at his home.
