New video captures the moment a suspected illegal migrant tried to flee ICE agents in The Bronx moments before one of them shot him.

Oscar Belgal, 28, can be seen hurriedly peeling out of a parking spot in Marble Hill Thursday as two federal agents in plainclothes approach the front left side of his gray Honda CR-V with guns drawn, with one punching and smashing the glass of the driver's side window.

Agents soon caught up with Belgal - described by the feds as a criminal illegal alien from the Dominican Republic with potential gang ties - and one of them fired several shots in the street, out of view of the security cameras.
