He pleaded not guilty to the charges before Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Cori Weston, who set bail at $25,000, court records show. Prosecutors had sought to lock Lamki up on $100,000 cash bail.

Lamki's attorney, George Vomvolakis, and 14th Street Medical Arts did not immediately return requests for comment.

If convicted of first-degree sexual abuse, Lamki faces a maximum sentence of seven years in prison.

He is due back in court on January 20
