Durrani had been indicted in 2013 on numerous charges for allegedly getting close to 600 people to undergo unnecessary, risky spinal surgical operations. But he is believed to have fled the country before he could face trial.

Deters did legal work for numerous victims who suffered from Durrani's alleged push for them to undergo unnecessary medical procedures.

He is also demanding that he receive an admission that he  did not blackmail  Guilfoyle and that he does not owe her money.

 The lawsuit is clearly frivolous on its face. Our upcoming response will speak for itself,  Guilfoyle's lawyer told The Post.
