He was arraigned Monday in Bronx Criminal Court, where a judge ordered Morgan held without bail after he pleaded not guilty to both shootings.

Morgan has a criminal record that includes 25 arrests since 1982, cops said. His most recent arrest was in September, 2019, when he was cuffed for criminal possession of a weapon.

He's been convicted 11 times in the Bronx, most recently in 2021 for a weapons charge, for which he was sentenced to two-to-four years in prison.
