Zenk's rep told People in a statement,  The charges are being defended. Ms. Zenk has not been convicted of anything. The truth will be played out in court. 

Page Six has reached out to Zenk's rep for comment.

This is Zenk's third DUI-related arrest.

She was charged with a DUI in Naples' Collier County in May 2017 and posted bond. The records, obtained by Page Six, listed the incident as Zenk's first offense.

In 2010, she was arrested for driving erratically and was hit with DUI-related charges and an improper lane usage charge.

Zenk is best known for playing Barbara Ryan on  As the World Turns  from 1978 until the show ended in 2010.

Her performance earned her three Daytime Emmy Award nominations.

She also starred on  The Young and the Restless  from 2023 to 2025.
