Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Annemarie Wiley filed for divorce from her husband, ex-NFL player and SportsNation co-host Marcellus Wiley, on Monday, claiming she suffered years of physical, sexual and emotional abuse at his hands.

Annemarie, who appeared on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for one season, said in her legal filing that Marcellus has threatened to kill her in the past. On Saturday, July 4, while the couple and their children were in Orlando for their son's basketball tournament, she called local police to report an alleged battery incident at their hotel room.

The 42-year-old requested that Marcellus be removed from their room at the Orlando World Center Marriott. In her requested domestic violence restraining order against him, Annemarie claimed her 51-year-old husband  has subjected me to a continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control, and intimidation. 

According to a police affidavit obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, Marcellus told officers at the scene of his arrest that he and Annemarie  have never had any physical violence between them [and] he believed his wife had called deputies to make a report due to her intention to divorce him.  He told officers he  had been taking care of the children  and had not committed any violent acts.

The Orange County sheriff's deputy who responded said in the report that evidence suggested he did lay his hands on Annemarie against her will. Marcellus was arrested on a domestic violence battery charge, the Orange County Sheriff's Office confirmed to THR via email. He was released on July 5 on $1,000 bond and, according to his wife's filing, attended their 10-year-old son Marcellus Jr.'s basketball game that night. An arraignment hearing is scheduled for Aug. 4.

Annemarie states in her divorce filing that Marcellus has raped her four times, once in 2012 and three other times which occurred in January of this year. She also alleges that in 2014, the year they were married, he  punched me in the face, giving me a black eye and a split lip.
