Tom Sandoval has been granted a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson.

According to court documents exclusively obtained by Page Six, a Los Angeles judge granted the Vanderpump Rules alum's request Thursday following a months-long legal battle with his ex.

The restraining order will remain in effect until Oct. 1, 2028. During that period, Robinson has been instructed not to contact Sandoval directly or indirectly - including phone, mail, email or any other electronic communication.

Robinson must stay at least 100 yards from Sandoval, his workplace and his home - and has to move out of his Los Angeles residence immediately.

While the restraining order is active, Robinson cannot possess firearms or ammunition, the documents state.

The ruling comes just over three months after Sandoval, 44, sought protection from Robinson following an alleged violent altercation at his home.

As Page Six previously reported, Robinson was arrested June 3 after Sandoval accused her of attacking him following a night of drinking. She bonded out and was released later that day.

The Bravolebrity claimed in court documents that he and Robinson had gotten into an argument when he discovered she was recording him.

Sandoval alleged Robinson's father, Will, then became involved in the dispute, grabbed him and punched a large hole in the door of a spare bedroom where Sandoval had barricaded himself.
