Blair was reportedly put in restraints on the plane and arrested upon landing. While in the ambulance en route to the hospital, She allegedly repeatedly kicked a Port Authority police officer in the head.

Once at the hospital, the  Legally Blonde  star allegedly assaulted a nurse, who has pressed charges.

Blair's rep told Page Six that  Selma experienced a medical emergency that led to the alleged conduct. Upon landing, she received immediate medical attention and is currently in stable condition.

Page Six can confirm that the actress has now been hit with two federal assault charges by the FBI. She is charged federally for assaulting the flight attendant and with state charges for assaulting the police officer and the nurse.

A spokesperson for Delta told us in a statement that the airline  has zero tolerance for unruly or unlawful behavior, as the safety of our customers and crew always comes first. 

The spokesperson confirmed the incident occurred on Oct. 11 and added,  No operational impact to the flight as the flight landed ahead of schedule at JFK. Law enforcement responded upon the flight's arrival at JFK.
