A judge ruled that Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez's teen son, Maceo, can testify following the actor's shocking abuse claims.

 The minor child is permitted to testify,  Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Shelley Kaufman said in court docs obtained by the Daily Mail.

 Testimony by the minor child shall be limited to the request for the issuance of a restraining order,  he added.

Page Six has reached out to Berry's legal team for comment but did not immediately hear back.

The ruling came days after Martinez, 60, asked a judge if the 13-year-old could  address the court  and tell his side of the story regarding allegations that the  Monster's Ball  actress, also 60, abused him.

 Given that our son is 13 years old, I believe it would certainly be in his best interest for him to address the court at this time,  the French actor claimed in court documents.
