Sure, Red Bull gives you wings, but that wasn't the pair Gigi Hadid had in mind when she first auditioned to walk in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

 I tried out two or three times before I got it, so you can imagine what I felt when I got my first show,  the supermodel, who was 20 when she made her debut in 2015, reminisced for the brand in 2025.  Oh my God, my heart's racing [thinking about it]. I'm just so happy for her, like she just wanted it so bad. 

While the brand has undergone some purposeful image rehab since, Gigi added,  It's not what people think. It's not just about lingerie and looking hot. 

Hence the 31-year-old planning to be on the pink carpet for a sixth time when the 2026 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show gets underway Oct. 18 at L.A.'s Sony Pictures Studios.

And she's hardly alone when it comes to feeling that special lift.
