According to the outlet, the court heard that Brown played a  leading role  in the attack, which took place over a frenzied 20-second period.

Prosecutor Heidi Stonecliffe KC described Brown's weapon as a  heavy square-shaped tequila bottle  and said he approached Diaw at around 3 a.m.

Following the assault, Diaw went to hospital with head and knee injuries.

An MRI scan taken in early March showed a  high grade injury to a ligament on the inner side of the left knee,  the court heard.

As Page Six previously reported, Brown was arrested in March 2025, two years after the incident.

He was detained at the five-star Lowry Hotel on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm, for which he was later charged.

Brown, who initially denied attacking Diaw, posted a £5 million ($6.75 million) bail.

In October 2023, Diaw filed a lawsuit against Brown, claiming the  Kiss Kiss  singer had assaulted him eight months prior.

The producer alleged Brown  inflicted severe and lasting injuries  after  beating him over the head  with a bottle of Don Julio 1942, leaving him unconscious for 30 seconds.

Brown has had multiple legal issues over the last 20 years.

Back in July, the R B singer was ordered to pay his former housekeeper $13 million after she was brutally attacked by his 200-pound dog in 2020.

His most famous legal scandal happened in 2009, when he pleaded guilty to felony assault for brutally beating his then-girlfriend, Rihanna.
