Kelker-Kelly died suddenly on Oct. 3 after suffering a cardiac arrest at his Missouri home, according to law enforcement.

A police report was completed, as is standard in all sudden death investigations, a representative for the St. Peters Police Department previously told Page Six.

According to the report, Allison told police she picked up her husband from Spirit of St. Louis Airport around 7:30 p.m. when he began complaining of chest, neck and left arm pain during their drive home.
