MADISON COUNTY, Ill. (First Alert 4) -Madison County Sheriff's Office is asking for help from the public in locating a missing woman.

Authorities are looking for Beatrice Robertson, 45, who was last seen on Monday at around 5 p.m. in the Mitchell area.

Robertson is believed to have been wearing a purple short-sleeved shirt and jean shorts with a small purple souvenir-style backpack. The backpack is shown in one of the picture on the left below.

Robertson is 5'8  and weighs 170 pounds. She has a tattoo of a cross with wings on her right calf and a tattoo of a wolf and an Indian feather on her left calf. She has brown hair.

Anyone with information regarding Robertson's whereabouts is asked to contact their local police department or call the Madison County Sheriff's Office at 618-692-4433. Anonymous tips can be provided at 618-296-3000.
