ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A person has been stabbed and a suspect has been detained after a stabbing that took place near the Old Post Office building at Locust Street and 9th Street on Saturday.

Police say the victim ran to a nearby officer for help. The victim is in the hospital with critical injuries.
