(First Alert 4) - Interstate 64 near downtown St. Louis has reopened after a deadly wrong-way crash overnight left two people dead and a third hospitalized in critical condition. The crash occurred around midnight in the westbound lanes of I-64 at the Jefferson overpass. Police said investigators reviewed footage from the Real-Time Crime Center and saw a vehicle entering I-64 the wrong way from Forest Park Parkway. Both drivers involved in the crash were killed, according to investigators. A passenger in the wrong-way vehicle was also injured and is hospitalized in critical condition.
