EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. (First Alert 4) - A 21-year-old man from Spanish Lake is accused of killing an East St. Louis man.

Marvonte Coleman is charged with first-degree murder in the Oct. 9 shooting death of Cobey L. Howard, 28.

Illinois State Police said that Howard was found shot multiple times inside a car. He was later pronounced dead.
